My name is Daphne, I started Zi Bookkeeping because I want to help my local small business community to leverage latest technologies for efficient bookkeeping. in turn help them grow their business with positive cashflow and improve lifestyle. That’s what living on the Gold Coast is all about!

Like many people on the Gold Coast I had a YOLO moment with my husband Scott and moved to the Gold Coast 15 years ago, we dived straight into hospitality industry and have been loving every moment of it ever since.

During these 15 years, I have met many talented successful small business owners on the Gold Coast. I have realised many small business owners are very good at what they do in their businesses but just don’t have the time and spare mindshare to do their books.

Here is where I come in, I love helping others and my strength is processes, software and converting data into understandable business information. I know what small businesses need because I also run a small business with my husband, we have domain knowledge and “have been there too”.
