• Xero Setup & Training (I will provide initial & ongoing training for you)

• Hubdoc/Xero coding (so you can take pictures of all the receipts with your mobile and I will do the rest!)

• Regular Data Entry (no expenses are missed, I will make sure you claim everything you are entitled to!)

• Bank reconciliations (don't worry if you accidentally used your own money to pay for business expenses and vice versa, I will sort that out for you!)

• Quarterly BAS (on-time BAS preparation and lodgement)

• Payroll & superannuation

• Management reports

• Liaise with your Accountant at end of year

• Real-time balance sheet and profit and loss on your phone (so you know how your business is going, how much you can spend, are the invoices paid on time, what bills are yet to be paid, etc.)

I also offer rescue service for clients who may have neglected their books while juggling all their other business needs.
